Can I ask for plain packaging?
Yes. You can request plain options or describe a custom packaging need.
Can packaging include my logo?
Use the custom quote form to describe the product and branding you have in mind. Options and minimum quantities depend on the item and are confirmed in your quote.
What if I do not know the size?
Choose “I'm not sure” on the custom quote form and describe what you are packing. The Flyer Size Guide also explains how to measure a packed item.
What is the minimum quantity?
It depends on the product and any print requirements. We confirm it in the written quote.
How does a quote work?
Send a request with the details you know. We review it and reply with the relevant specifications, price, minimum quantity and timing. A request is not an order.
Can I get a sample?
Ask us about the product. Sample availability depends on the item and will be confirmed in the reply.
Which areas do you serve?

What payment methods are available?

How long does delivery take?

Can I request an earlier packaging design again?
Yes. Use the Reorder page and share your earlier reference if you have it.
Can I change artwork?
Share requested changes before approving the artwork proof. The draft custom-order terms explain that the final process still needs owner and legal review.
