How custom packaging quotes work
A custom quote helps clarify dimensions, materials, printing and quantities before you decide.
1. Describe the item
Tell us what you are packing and how it will be used. Measurements are helpful, but you can choose “I'm not sure” and describe the item instead.
2. Share your preferences
Describe a material or package style if you have one in mind. You can also ask for guidance and say whether branding is part of the request.
3. Add quantity and timing
An approximate quantity and a flexible or target date help us understand the request. Final minimums and timing depend on the specifications and are confirmed in writing.
4. Review the written details
The response should clarify the specifications, price, minimum quantity and timeline for your request. A request is not an order; review the details before deciding whether to proceed.
5. Approve artwork where needed
For printed packaging, review the artwork proof and approve it before production is arranged. Any payment, deposit, production and delivery terms are confirmed in the quote.
