Artwork proof
Review the artwork, spelling, colours and dimensions carefully. Production should only be arranged after written approval of the proof and quote.
Changes after approval
Send any requested change in writing as soon as possible. After artwork or quote approval, a change may affect feasibility, price or timing and may not be possible once work has progressed. We will confirm any revised terms in writing before proceeding with the change.
Cancellation
Before you approve a custom-order quote, review its cancellation conditions and any applicable charges. The quote will state whether a deposit or advance payment is required and how cancellation affects amounts paid or still due. Contact us in writing as soon as possible if you want to cancel; any cancellation and amounts due or refundable will be confirmed under the quote and applicable law.
